My story
When I was aged 11, I was glued to John Craven’s Newsround, and that's when announced to my Grandmother: “I’m going to be a journalist.” Years later, degree and journoalist training in hand, I found myself working with John at the BBC.
And so my journey of storytelling began. I told real stories about real people for television and radio.
Today, I am a senior communications and public relations expert; shaping strategies that deliver the missions of governments, NGOs and Fortune 500s.
My work has helped to secure policy wins on three continents, raised multi six-figure funding for life-changing INGO initiatives and - my favourite - helped to place 17 children with new adoptive families.
I’ve been lucky enough to craft messages for Queen Elizabeth, King Charles and a Prime Minister, achievements that would’ve made my grandma proud.
Every campaign reminds me why I started: stories can change lives. And I'm ready to help your organisation take on its next big challenge.
My own social impact work
Whilst travelling in 2022 I came upon the plight of street dogs in Brazil. I established an initiative to rescue, neuter and responsibly rehome them, with 16 saved to date.
I am currently a Committee Member of the British and Commonwealth Society of Rio de Janeiro, which provides connection for Expats through community events and provides support and funding to vulnerable expats.
I am also a digital activist for the causes I care about including 350.org, Greenpeace, World Animal Protection and numerous children's charities.

HRH Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles III: Renowned for their charitable initiatives, I am their former publicist and covered royal engagements and the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Prime Minister: I worked on charitable and family policy initiatives during Lord Cameron's term as Prime Minister.

Plan International: Advocated for children's rights and gender equality, furthering Plan's advocacy and fundraising goals.
